Water - it's one of our most precious resources.
Did you know that there is the same amount of water on Earth today as there was when the Earth was created? Experts estimate that nearly 97 percent of the world's water is either salty or otherwise considered to be undrinkable, while another 2 percent is locked in ice caps and glaciers. That leaves just 1 percent for all of humanity's needs - agricultural, residential, manufacturing, community, and personal.
Because water is so essential to our lives and well being, protecting and using our water supplies wisely is a responsibility that we all share.
